1. Plan
After booking, I’ll send you a website strategy questionnaire. You'll provide me with as much information as possible. Your business, your vision, your goals. Style, colour, textures, objects, fonts, people you admire ...
I'll create a Style Guide. You’ll concentrate on writing your content and sourcing your images.
I’ll work out an initial website layout and we’ll go through this together before I build out the site.

2. Build
From now on I’m not just doing it for you, we’re doing it together.
At this stage we’ll have regular zoom meetings where we share my screen and edit in real time uploading images, tweaking copy and so on.
Doing it this way, means that when I hand over the website to you, you’ll already feel right at home with the Squarespace platform when it comes to editing, updating and expanding your site.

3. Launch
Launch time - what all the planning has been for!
I don’t just build your site, it’s perfectly optimised for SEO, secure, connected to any other online tools you use and indexed by Google.
Along with your style guide with all the design elements I've created for you to use again and again in your marketing, we'll talk about how to maximise the launch of your shiny new website.

Perfect if you want to tell the world in advance that your website is on the way, or you’re transferring from an old website that you hate and want to shut it down asap!
*If you decide to go ahead with a full website the cost of your Coming Soon page will be absorbed in the price of your website.
Additional pages + £45.00 each
e.g. blog pages, product pages, extra products development, portfolio pages, etc.
Ongoing support + £45.00 per hour
Training day: £250 per day (6 hours)
This is for you if you feel you need more immersive training days on how to use Squarespace, how to blog effectively to promote your business, how to compose, schedule and send newsletters, choosing and using specific social media platforms to market your work and how to effectively use scheduling to reduce your workload.
Current website review: £165
I will thoroughly review your website then we will have a zoom call (up to 2 hours) to go through all my observations and recommendations. You will receive a document for your own reference once we have had our discussion.
If you would like me to work on the agreed actions this will be quoted and charged for separately.
Scheduling: £180
If you’re a service provider who needs to schedule meetings, discovery calls, classes, etc. then adding Acuity Scheduling to your site will help you efficiently manage your business and your clients.

These will be invoiced by Squarespace and paid directly to them by you.
